Contract Analyst Features

Below is a list of highlighted features of Contract Analyst.

  • [NEW] Set customizable e-mail alerts on virtually every field throughout the system, applying the alerts to one or multiple records. Set alerts on date fields, status fields, monetary fields, or any other type of field. Alerts can be set to be sent out when a record is changed.

  • With Contract Analyst you will have complete user customization. You will be able to rename fields, modify the length of text fields, disable and enable fields, make fields mandatory, make fields read-only, change the order in which they are displayed, set the format of some fields, and add new screens and fields. You will also be able to hide entire windows and modules if not needed.

  • All versions now come with a built-in Ad Hoc Report Writer to allow you to create any type of report you desire, or create proposal and contract templates.

  • Extensive Group Level Security. Create an unlimited number of user-defined security groups to restrict access to only those who need it.

  • Attach unlimited number of files to records.
    • Add files by entering them in or drag/drop onto form from Windows Explorer, Desktop, and E-Mails.
    • Attach an type of digital files, such as word processor documents, spreadsheets, PDF files, and graphics.
    • Attach Internet URL bookmarks, such as on-line vendor catalogs.
    • View them with the associated application.
  • Optional automatic numbering of contract records.

  • Create unlimited number of tickler events in your contract records. A tickler screen will remind you of up coming events. Don't miss any important milestones by using the included tickler date and e-mail notifications.

  • Import/Export your Contract Analyst data to/from text files (comma separated value or tab delimited).

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) can be electronically posted to allow outside vendors an opportunity to Electronically Bid (EBID) on your RFP and return the bid via an encrypted file. Using Contract Analyst, you can automatically import the information including the vendor information into your system.

  • Internal messaging (Enterprise Version Only) allows users to send and receive pertinent information within the application. This will ensure sensitive information cannot be leaked or harvested by malware via e-mail.

  • Many more options provided to help make contract management a smoother and simple process.
